What You’ll Do:
- Build a scalable QA process from scratch within an agile development team.
- Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for key applications.
- Own regression testing to keep releases smooth and reliable.
- Test new functionality across web and API surfaces.
- Work closely with developers and product owners to catch issues early.
- Champion quality-first thinking across the engineering team.
- Help grow the QA team as the platform scales.
Must-haves:
- 4+ years’ experience with modern front-end automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and test planning
- Experience testing JavaScript-based web apps
- High attention to detail and a love for breaking things before users can
- Must be living and able to work without Visa requirements in Ireland
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience testing APIs (Postman or similar)
- Background mentoring or onboarding other QA engineers
- Interest in AI, data, or insight platforms
