Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Credit Union’s IT and digital transformation strategy
- Provide leadership across cybersecurity, risk management, and IT governance
- Oversee core systems, infrastructure, and digital channels
- Manage third-party vendors, contracts, and IT service providers
- Ensure robust business continuity and disaster recovery planning
- Drive enhancements in mobile banking, self-service tools, and automation
- Lead and develop both internal and outsourced IT teams
- Build collaboration across finance, operations, lending, and member services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5+ years’ senior IT experience within the financial services environment
- Proven track record in IT strategy, digital transformation, and cybersecurity
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management and vendor negotiation capabilities
- High integrity, strategic mindset, and strong risk awareness
