We are looking for an experienced Lead SAP HANA Developer to join our team at a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing and cutting-edge technology.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and refining advanced data models, workflows, and backend systems to support critical business functions in manufacturing, engineering, and operations. Responsibilities

  • Create, enhance, and manage native SAP HANA models, including Calculation Views, CDS Views, Stored Procedures, and SQLScript, to support backend data processing
  • Develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines to transfer, transform, and load data from SAP and non-SAP systems, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and external sources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable data architectures and workflows for analytics and operational reporting
  • Build end-to-end data processes, ensuring high data quality and addressing discrepancies through monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Deliver custom analytics, KPI tracking, and data-driven insights to improve business processes using SAP HANA backend solutions
  • Optimize the performance of data processing for large datasets and complex workflows using SAP HANA’s in-memory capabilities
  • Partner with engineers, business analysts, and solution architects to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Actively contribute to Agile workflows, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivering incremental stakeholder value
  • Document and share technical standards, best practices, and processes to support team alignment and knowledge retention

 

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the SAP HANA platform
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience leading and managing development teams
  • Practical expertise with SAP HANA Cloud or SAP BW for HANA
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business requirements and perform detailed analyses
  • Completion of SAP HANA training programs, such as HA300
  • Familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies and ways of working
  • Willingness to travel to Eindhoven during onboarding and periodically for Program Increments (PI)
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at a B2+ level or higher
