Waht will you do:

• Shape and implement the company’s long-term strategy focused on growth, innovation, and market leadership.
• Lead the organization through its expansion phase: diversify products, scale operations, and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the board, investors, and partners to ensure a clear vision and transparent communication.
• Build a high-performance team and foster a data-driven decision-making culture.
• Ensure financial sustainability and regulatory compliance in a rapidly evolving fintech environment.
• Represent FinoMark externally, strengthening the company’s reputation and partnerships.

What We Expect from You:

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in investment, financial services, or fintech, including C-level or P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in business development and expansion (preferably beyond Lithuania, within the EU).
• Deep understanding of the fintech industry, financial products, and regulatory landscape.
• Strategic thinking with strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and ability to motivate teams toward ambitious goals.
• Technological literacy and ability to leverage innovation to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).

Salary Range:

• €5500-10000 €gross/month.
• Performance-based bonuses may be available depending on achieved results.
