To strengthen the local pharmaceuticals organization, Fresenius Kabi is looking for a Product Manager – Generic Drugs to join their team in Vilnius. This role will focus on managing and growing the generic products portfolio across the Baltic countries, supporting data-driven decisions, market strategy, and successful product launches, while ensuring close collaboration with local and regional stakeholders.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Plan and manage the generic products portfolio in the Baltics, ensuring alignment with market demand, hospital needs, and tender opportunities.
  • Oversee product introductions and ongoing market presence, supporting products through all stages from launch to established use.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and healthcare professionals, providing guidance on product use and value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Tenders.
  • Use data-driven insights to support forecasts, business decisions, and future portfolio strategy.


WHAT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:


  • University degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in product, project, or portfolio management in healthcare, medical, pharmaceuticals, or other related industries; experience with hospitals or generics is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with hospital staff or professional stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Motivation to advance patient care.

SALARY RANGE:

Total compensation package of EUR 5200-6000 gross per month and a bi-annual performance-based bonus. The final agreed package will depend on your experience and competencies.
