As part of this team, you will engineer and maintain the Group-wide workflow and case handling platform, a critical backbone that powers and automates key processes across the organisation. You’ll be leading newly created Agentic development squad and have the opportunity to shape and optimise squad processes while working with state-of-the-art technologies.
- Global team: Our diverse tribe operates across Lithuania, Denmark, Finland and India.
- Tech focus: Your work will centre on developing generative AI agents and integrating them into the Camunda platform and the bank’s broader infrastructure. Key technologies include Python, Java and AWS.
- Collaborative environment: Partner with squads across the tribe, stakeholders from our service organisation, customer journey teams, and external partners to deliver impressive results.

As a product owner, you will take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workflow and AI capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Championing the squad’s mission and vision
- Defining, managing and prioritising the squad backlog to align with the tribe’s and organisation’s strategic goals
- Partnering with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for AI-driven solutions and workflow automation
- Guiding the squad in delivering impactful features and enhancements within 2-week sprint cycles
- Promoting the adoption of AI agents in workflow automation to boost efficiency and minimise manual tasks
- Supporting the team’s ongoing Agile maturity journey while acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on deliverables
- Proven track record of leading agile product development teams and driving agile ceremonies effectively
- Strong ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring strategic and operational alignment
- Solid understanding and keen interest in AI-powered automation and its application to processes
- Eagerness to learn, innovate and experiment with new approaches
- Skilled at collaborating with international, cross-functional teams
- Advanced fluency in English, both written and verbal
Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
