Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance for WebRiposte-based applications.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and utilities using VBA or Python.
- Manage deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows in Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolutions with development and infrastructure teams.
- Collaborate with QA and release management teams to ensure smooth deployments.
- Monitor application performance, logs, and alerts, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Document support procedures, configuration changes, and technical insights.
Required Skills and Experience
- Practical knowledge of WebRiposte and its architecture.
- Programming experience in VBA or Python for scripting, data processing, or automation.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for version control, build, and release management.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging abilities.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server environments and application configurations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordination.
