Your role 💼
We are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to support and coordinate digital accessibility initiatives across web, mobile, and digital platforms.
The consultant will lead the implementation of accessibility requirements, ensuring inclusive, compliant, and user-friendly customer experiences.
The role combines requirements analysis, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery oversight within a regulated and cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate planning, documentation, and delivery of accessibility-related initiatives across digital channels (web, mobile, online platforms).
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements to ensure accessibility standards are embedded in digital solutions.
- Conduct gap analyses between current systems and accessibility standards, defining remediation actions and improvement plans.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to validate accessible design, navigation, and content implementation.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to align business, IT, and compliance teams.
- Define and monitor KPIs, risks, and progress metrics, ensuring visibility and traceability across workstreams.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (process flows, requirement catalogues, validation reports, dashboards).
- Oversee vendor and third-party reviews to ensure compliance with accessibility objectives.
- Ensure alignment with recognized accessibility standards (European Accessibility Act, WCAG 2.1 AA, EN 301 549).
Requirements 💡
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or project management within digital transformation, compliance, or regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to translate regulatory or technical requirements into actionable specifications.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (web, mobile, authentication systems, and customer portals).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery models and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
- Languages: English and French required; Luxembourgish or German is an advantage.
- Eligibility to work in Luxembourg.
