For one of its clients, RSM Luxembourg is currently looking for a Commercial Technician in Urban Mobility (m/f).

Responsibilities

In a dynamic and agile environment, you will be responsible for developing and structuring our client's market presence, while providing technical and strategic support to their partners:

Business Development:       

  • Identify and prospect new clients (distributors, specialized stores, companies, communities, events).  
  • Ensure loyalty and support for existing partners.       
  • Conduct product demonstrations and train clients in their use.      
  • Identify and participate in events, trade shows, and targeted marketing actions.

Technical Support and Operational Management:   

  • Provide technical support on their ultra-light mobility solutions.    
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of orders, deliveries, and stocks.     
  • Collect field feedback and collaborate with the R&D team for continuous product improvement.  
  • Be proactive in identifying market or growth opportunities.

Your Profile

Technical skills and commercial flair       

  • Skills in technical sales, negotiation, and network development.       
  • Proficiency in French, German, and English (written and spoken).       
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and a taste for the field.      
  • Driving license B required – frequent travel expected.      
  • Confirmed experience in the bicycle, bike, or urban mobility sector is a plus.
