Key Competencies & Skillset

  • A strong quantitative background acquired through a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
  • Intermediate query/programming skills (SQL, Python), cloud-based analytics platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Fluency with advanced retail KPIs (RSV, WOH, FPR) and data sources (POS, Bookings)
  • Strong business acumen and strategic storytelling
  • Proven track record of building collaborative stakeholder relationships and developing and executing strategic business processes within a large organization

What You’ll Work On

You will lead analytics for Sports or Franchises. For doing so,

  • You will be responsible for delivering timely actionable analyses embedded into decision-making.
  • You will be a strategic partner to Sport leaders.
  • You will jointly prioritize initiatives, scope needs and define the most critical business questions to answer and you will be responsible to ensure analytics is embedded in decision-making moments.
  • You will lead E2E Sports analyses, evaluate risks/opportunities, progress against targets/geo priorities and translate analyses into recommendations. You will take ownership of high-complexity analyses. Collaborate with team mates on integrated storytelling.

This role will not be responsible for

  • Building Reporting/ Business Intelligence products
  • Data Engineering/ Maintenance
