Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software for advanced automotive systems
- Contribute to the creation of functionally safe solutions by defining development and test requirements
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including customers, hardware and software engineers, and test managers
- Document software design and implementation processes following automotive standards and best practices
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable technical field
- 5–7 years of experience in software and/or system development for embedded systems, ideally within the automotive industry
- Strong proficiency in C programming and embedded system design
- Hands-on experience with bare metal development and hardware tools (e.g., oscilloscopes)
- Familiarity with ARM Cortex-M environments
- Solid understanding of automotive bus systems (LIN, CAN, FR) and relevant interfaces
- Knowledge of requirements engineering, software architecture, testing methodologies, and key standards such as Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262
- Experience working in agile software development environments
Nice to Have
- Background in sensor technologies such as ultrasonic applications, pressure measurement, or signal filtering
- Experience with light control, color mixing, and calibration methods (especially RGB-LED systems)
- Involvement in software requirements, architecture design, and detailed implementation phases
