About the role:

This is a hands-on technical and analytical role focused on transforming fragmented, unstructured data into structured, insight-ready datasets.

You’ll work across CVs, job descriptions, internal notes, and compensation data, developing tools and dashboards that bring consistency, clarity and analytical value.

What will you do:

Data Extraction & Structuring

  • Extract and structure information from CVs, job descriptions, LinkedIn data, and internal research databases.
  • Parse compensation data (base, bonus, total package) from unstructured consultant notes and text fields.
  • Clean, deduplicate and standardize datasets; maintain consistent taxonomies for roles, functions, seniorities and geographies.
  • Develop and maintain data libraries that feed directly into analysis and reporting workflows.

Compensation Data & Dashboards

  • Build and maintain internal compensation dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) to visualize salary and bonus trends by commodity, geography and role.
  • Support analysts with high-quality datasets for benchmarking, client deliverables and market reports.
  • Ensure dashboards are accurate, well-documented, and updated regularly.

Tooling & Process Development

  • Evaluate existing and emerging tools and platforms for CV/JD parsing, text extraction, ETL workflows, and data visualization.
  • Recommend and implement optimal solutions for automation, data integration, and storage (in collaboration with internal IT and stakeholders).
  • Document tool usage, workflows, and best practices to ensure scalability and reproducibility.

Collaboration & Governance

  • Partner closely with the Talent Intelligence Consultants and the Head of Talent Intelligence to prioritize data requirements and ensure alignment with project needs.
  • Establish and maintain data quality and governance standards, including version control and compliance with privacy requirements.
  • Contribute to ongoing development of the company’s proprietary data frameworks and talent taxonomies.
