Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a GCP Platform Site Reliability Engineer to join a leading retail company in Barcelona on a permanent contract.

Location: Remote in Spain (Occasional trips to Barcelona)

Contract type: Permanent, direct with end client

Key responsibilities:

• Build and enhance a multi-cloud Kubernetes platform to support product teams.
• Automate CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure tools to improve developer experience.
• Deploy, maintain, and monitor cloud infrastructure across large-scale systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reliability and scalability initiatives.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in SRE or Platform Engineering (10+ years total experience).
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform, GitOps, and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience in large enterprise environments.
