We’re building the future of communications with a little help from automation and AI, and we’re looking for someone curious, hands-on, and eager to grow with us. Our Data Intelligence team is exploring how technology can make processes smoother and ideas smarter. As a Junior AI Developer, you’ll get to experiment, learn quickly, and help shape the tools that support both the people and the work we do.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the development and maintenance of internal tools and projects (JavaScript)
• Integrating and configuring APIs
• Building workflow automations (we’ll train you on n8n)
• Testing and documenting your work

What we’re hoping you bring:

• JavaScript (ES6+) — functions, fetch/axios, async/await, debugging
• Basic Python — small scripts, JSON parsing, requests, virtualenv
• HTTP & REST APIs knowledge — GET/POST, headers, JSON payloads
• Git — small commits, simple branching, clear PRs
• Curiosity about low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Comfort with CLI basics and package setup
• A “NoOps” mindset: quick deploys, basic logging/alerts (Slack/email)
• Enthusiasm, curiosity, and the drive to keep learning

Bonus points if you have:

• Hands-on experience with n8n or other automation tools
• Personal projects involving bots, automations, or AI experiments
• Curiosity about AI (maybe you’ve already tinkered with an OpenAI API project)
