Your role
Atlas Copco Industrial Technique is on a transformative journey to deliver an industry-leading e-commerce platform that elevates customer experience and drives business growth. To accelerate this mission, we are seeking a visionary and driven Product Owner e-Commerce to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development of our digital sales channel through an offshore development team in India. The platform should evolve in an agile, scalable, and customer-centric way. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our online presence across multiple Atlas Copco brands, contributing directly to our digital transformation and front-end excellence.
As Our Product Owner E-Commerce, You Will
- Own and drive the development of our B2B e-commerce platform (Intershop), working closely with developers, the E-Commerce Manager, and the Smart Portal team, scattered across the globe.
- Translate business needs into actionable features and enhancements, managing the product backlog and steering development through agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum).
- Deliver measurable impact by reporting on KPIs and continuously optimizing the platform to increase digital sales and customer satisfaction.
- Champion innovation by staying ahead of trends in digital customer experience and online marketing, ensuring our platform remains competitive and future-ready.
- To be a tech-savvy, business-oriented leader with proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce product ownership or related digital projects.
- Strong technical acumen in e-commerce platforms and customer journey optimization.
- Agile mindset, with hands-on experience in SAFe, Scrum, or similar frameworks (PO/PM certification is a plus).
- Strategic thinking and adaptability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to align cross-functional teams.
- Educational background in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
- A self-starter with a customer-first mindset.A collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at any of our offices in Sickla, Nantes or Prague.
