Currently, they're expanding the founding team of engineers to help push the boundaries of multi-agent collaboration.

Product:

The product enables autonomous AI teams: dozens of specialised agents that plan, analyse, and act together to drive complex workflows.

At the core is a coordinating “super-agent” that interacts directly with humans by listening, reasoning, and taking initiative like a real colleague.

Today, dozens of companies and agencies use the platform to automate work that traditionally takes entire teams, freeing up hours every week and unlocking entirely new creative and strategic capabilities.

Your Mission:

As a Founding AI Engineer, you’ll help design and scale the multi-agent framework that powers the platform. You’ll work across model design, orchestration, data pipelines, and agent collaboration systems.

You’ll work on:

• Designing and deploying new specialised agents for different domains
• Improving proprietary agent coordination and memory framework
• Training and fine-tuning models on large, domain-specific datasets
• Building infrastructure that supports large-scale, distributed agentic systems

You'll Need:

• Must have strong experience architecting or scaling multi-agent systems or complex AI pipelines
• Deep knowledge of machine learning systems, not just API integration
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, product-focused environment
• A builder’s mindset: curiosity, pragmatism, and willingness to dive deep into uncharted problems
• Must be Stockholm based, and committed to the required workload of building a potentially industry-defining product
