About the team

We are looking for a People & Culture Intern to join our global team in Stockholm. You will work closely with our People Experience team, consisting of People Business Partners and a Talent Acquisition Partner.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in Employer Branding and Recruitment. We also hope that you have a particular interest in HR systems and processes, as we are currently in the process of implementing our new tool.

This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, international environment while making a real impact on how we work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and setting up a new system to streamline People & Culture processes.
• Support our Talent Acquisition Partner in the recruitment process.
• Support and coordinate Employer Branding projects.
• Support existing P&C processes and identify opportunities for automation and digital enhancements.
• Support data management, reporting, and insights to improve decision-making
• Create guides, FAQs, and training materials to support system users

Who You Are

• An ambitious student currently pursuing a degree in HR
• Interested in HR technology, systems, and digital transformation
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with HRIS, data, and digital tools
• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate in a global organization
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
