About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Scrum Master with strong Java Full Stack Development experience to join our high-performing team at HCLTech. This role combines leadership in Agile practices with hands-on technical expertise to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Drive customer value through iterative development and a test-and-learn mindset.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Contribute to technical discussions and guide the team in Java Full Stack development best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall experience in software development and Agile delivery.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with exposure as an Agile Coach.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience in:
• Java Full Stack Development
• Microservices architecture, asynchronous programming, and cloud services
• Test automation frameworks
• Integrations using MQ and/or APIs
• Automated workflows with Azure and GitHub Actions
• Frontend technologies: React, Angular, TypeScript
• Expert knowledge of security standards and database management.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Swedish proficiency is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with UX principles and Design Thinking.
• Knowledge of Mainframe & COBOL.
