Role overview:

As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining our software solutions. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and fellow developers, you will ensure our products perform and scale to meet future demands. We are currently looking fro Java developers with minimum 3 years of experience to join multiple ongoing projects on regular, senior and expert level. We also encourage the use of Generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to boost productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Craft highly reliable applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA. Leverage PostgreSQL databases to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Exhibit strong English communication skills, B2/C1 level, to facilitate effective project collaboration within a distributed team.

Required Skills:

• Backend Development:
• Expertise in Java 17+
• Experience with Maven
• Proficiency with Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Security
• Skilled in Hibernate/JPA
• Proficient in PostgreSQL database systems
• Proficiency in Git and GitHub, including pipeline development
• Knowledge of Junit, AssertJ, and Hamcrest

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure or other public cloud platforms is a very big advantage
• Understanding of modern IAM concepts including OAuth 2.0 and OIDC
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with event-based architectures and Kafka
• Understanding of microservices design principles
• Python scripting skills
• Experience with test frameworks (e.g., JUnit)
• Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)

• Strong communication skills in English (B2/C1)
• Experience working in an enterprise environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a distributed team
