About The Role
We are looking for skilled CI/CD Engineers to join our Software Production Tools team, supporting a strategic customer project.
The supplier will deliver outcomes and services that strengthen the customer’s CI/CD, DevOps, and software production infrastructure.
The role focuses on designing, maintaining, and improving large-scale integration and delivery pipelines to ensure continuous, reliable, and secure software production.
You’ll collaborate closely with international DevOps, infrastructure, and development teams to build and optimize automated flows, enhance monitoring, and apply DevOps best practices across the organization.

CI/CD Engineer – Software Production Tools
About The Role
We are looking for skilled CI/CD Engineers to join our Software Production Tools team, supporting a strategic customer project.
The supplier will deliver outcomes and services that strengthen the customer’s CI/CD, DevOps, and software production infrastructure.
The role focuses on designing, maintaining, and improving large-scale integration and delivery pipelines to ensure continuous, reliable, and secure software production.
You’ll collaborate closely with international DevOps, infrastructure, and development teams to build and optimize automated flows, enhance monitoring, and apply DevOps best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational and technical support to CI/CD users, including development and testing teams.
- Apply DevOps engineering principles to automate and optimize CI/CD workflows, tools, and services.
- Continuously improve integration systems, addressing CI quality issues and enhancing reliability and performance.
- Develop automation across build, test, and deployment flows where feasible.
- Implement data visualization solutions (Grafana or similar) and real-time dashboards for pipeline monitoring.
- Introduce automated testing and continuous verification solutions integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Support security tools and services in production environments and assist with development systems.
- Deploy and scale new infrastructure components; upgrade existing systems as needed.
- Collect, analyze, and report KPIs and operational statistics, including support metrics and system performance.
- Contribute to data management, ML/AI enhancements, and intelligent automation where value-adding.
- Deliver weekly progress reports, summarizing achievements, risks, and support needs based on data insights.
- Strong programming ability in Python, Java, Bash scripting, and YAML (C++ is a plus).
- Deep understanding of Docker containers, Kubernetes, Helm charts, and Cloud-native deployments.
- Knowledge of Cloud-native best practices and their practical applications.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, and Spinnaker (or similar CI/CD tools).
- Proven ability to embed CI/CD and DevOps best practices by supporting and training other developers on design techniques and coding standards.
- Understanding of Agile and Lean ways of working.
- Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative work attitude.
- Good English proficiency – able to understand, speak, and write effectively in an international engineering environment.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, ELK, and Grafana.
- Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure platforms.
- Contribute to a large-scale, mission-critical customer project using cutting-edge CI/CD and DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams in a modern, agile, and cloud-native environment.
- Drive automation, reliability, and continuous improvement across the software delivery lifecycle.
