Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We’re hiring a UI Designer (Regular/Mid) to craft clear, beautiful, and consistent interfaces across web and mobile. You’ll translate user and business needs into high-fidelity UI, contribute to design systems, prototype interactions, and deliver developer-ready specs — collaborating closely with UX, Product, and Engineering.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years designing digital products (web/mobile) with shipped work in portfolio.
• Strong visual craft: layout, typography, color, iconography; attention to detail and states.
• Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, autolayout, prototyping) and familiarity with Adobe.
• Experience working with design systems and in agile/scrum teams.
• Solid handoff practice: specs, tokens, component usage; basic understanding of front-end constraints.
• Ability to articulate rationale clearly in Polish and English (written and spoken).
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Motion and micro-interaction skills; Lottie/After Effects fundamentals.
• Experience with data-heavy or event-driven UIs; building accessible, performant interfaces.
• Diagramming practice (flows, service blueprints); basics of 3D tools.
  
  

Your future role

• Design high-fidelity screens and interaction patterns based on user flows and wireframes.
• Contribute to design systems (tokens, components, variants); maintain parity with code with Engineering.
• Build interactive prototypes that express motion/micro-interactions and edge cases.
• Prepare developer-ready handoffs (specs, redlines, assets); support QA/design QA.
• Iterate using research insights, analytics, and performance constraints; advocate for accessibility.
• Create clear visual narratives (decks, demos) that explain decisions and trade-offs.
• Collaborate daily with UX Research, Product Managers, and Backend/Frontend engineers.
