This is a full-time remote role for a Data Scientist Intern. The intern will work on analyzing datasets, applying statistical methods, and extracting actionable insights to support decision-making. Responsibilities include developing data visualizations, performing data analysis, and contributing to predictive or prescriptive modeling efforts. Supporting team projects and collaborating on cutting-edge initiatives in data science will be an integral part of the role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Data Science, including working with datasets and building models
- Proficiency in Statistics and Data Analytics for interpreting and deriving insights
- Skills in Data Visualization and Data Analysis for presenting findings effectively
- Familiarity with programming languages and tools commonly used in data science, such as Python or R
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
- A degree or ongoing studies in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is a plus
- Experience with machine learning frameworks or interest in building predictive models is an advantage
