Description
* Monitoring and reporting on the time, budget, and scope management of all projects and processes aligned with HR strategies,
* Representing the HR function and ensuring coordination in strategic projects carried out across the company,
* Contributing to organizational development, employee engagement, corporate values, and transformation projects,
* Analyzing business processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing effective solutions,
* Preparing regular performance reports for senior management and strengthening decision-making processes,
* Following up, streamlining, and improving administrative processes within the Directorate to increase operational efficiency,
* Collaborating closely with field and regional organizations when necessary to ensure effective implementation of HR practices company-wide,
* Proposing ideas to strengthen internal communication channels and contributing to related initiatives.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field,
* Minimum 1 year of experience in HR processes, project management, or strategic planning,
* Preferably knowledgeable about project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMI) and holding relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile)
* Reporting and presentation skills; proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
* Strong analytical thinking, planning, time management, and prioritization skills,
* Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and results-driven,
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
* Team-oriented, responsible, and proactive,
* No travel restrictions.
