We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in the Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus region.
This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, data management, and recruitment processes while contributing to our team's operational excellence and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll and Data Management
- Support the HR team in auditing and organizing personnel and payroll documents
- Assist with employee data entry for new hires, changes, and terminations
- Help maintain the Personnel Management System by ensuring employee records (attendance, leave, overtime, etc.) are up to date
- Assist in preparing and filing correspondence with the Social Security Institution (e.g., registrations, reports)
- Support management in collecting data for bonus and incentive programs
- Assist in processing and reconciling Time & Attendance data
- Prepare basic ad-hoc reports under supervision
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and files
- Support the update and organization of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in preparing and maintaining employee files and documentation
- Help with employee engagement activities and surveys
- Support HR reporting and documentation tasks
- Assist in coordinating with external providers on health and safety documentation
- Help organize safety trainings and awareness activities
- Support in maintaining records related to employee health and safety compliance
- Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates via databases and social platforms
- Support in preparing job postings and coordinating with universities or job boards
- Help with CV screening and scheduling interviews
- Participate in recruitment events and provide logistical support
- Prepare and update recruitment reports as required
- Bachelor's degree student or new graduate (preferably in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Good time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Human Resources
