Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development of new features and existing game projects, ensuring high-quality game delivery within project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to create innovative and visually appealing game mechanics, user interfaces, and systems.
• Implement gameplay features, mechanics, and UI elements using Unity or other game engines.
• Prepare and maintain technical design documents, detailing game systems, mechanics, and architecture.
• Debug, optimize, and maintain existing games to ensure stability, performance, and quality.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and development techniques.
• Oversee the game testing process, revise gameplay and features based on feedback, and continuously improve the user experience.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on expertise in Unity game engine.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional game development experience.
• Proven experience in working on live games and their update cycles.
• Solid proficiency in C# and game programming.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in developing casual mobile games.
• Familiarity with maintaining and improving live mobile games (preferred).
• Ability to create and document technical designs for game systems and architecture.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
