Project Manager - Content Supply Chain

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Content Supply Chain (CSC) program. This role plays a key part in driving strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and measurable business benefits across global and local teams. The project spans multiple markets and workstreams, requiring both leadership and strong cross-functional coordination.

YOU WILL

• Lead and deliver CSC program goals, timelines, and deliverables across all workstreams
• Manage stakeholder alignment, facilitate SteerCo meetings, and ensure transparent communication at all levels
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and oversee change control processes
• Track performance metrics and ensure adherence to the CSC "To Be" process
• Collaborate with Tech PMs and Product Owners to optimize resource utilization and drive benefit realization
• Support onboarding and training activities for new platform features and workflows
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale, cross-functional, or global environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to maintain focus on deliverables and drive collaboration
• Results-oriented mindset and the ability to deliver against defined business goals
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities; data-driven decision-making mindset
• Agility and adaptability in navigating dynamic environments and changing priorities
• Familiarity with PM methodologies, governance gates, and structured project management frameworks
• Hands-on experience with PBO Framework, FFWD Methodology, and tracking/reporting tools such as ePPM
• Working knowledge of platforms like Workfront, Creative X, and Stensul
• Experience in digital marketing operations or content supply chain programs will be a strong advantage
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills across senior and project stakeholders
