Full-Stack Engineer (Backend Focus) – Oslo | Hybrid

We’re a fast-growing SaaS company helping large enterprises simplify and automate their payment and accounting processes. With hundreds of customers across Northern Europe and new markets opening fast, they're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help scale.

You’ll work closely with the CTO and the development team to build new features, improve infrastructure, and deliver real value to our customers.

What you’ll do:

• Design, build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Contribute across the stack (Python, Typescript, React, FastAPI, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
• Collaborate with partners and customers to deliver effective solutions
• Work independently in an agile, fast-moving environment

What we need:

• 6 - 9 years of full-stack experience with a strong backend focus
• Solid technical skills and an understanding of architecture
• A proactive, hands-on approach and a startup mindset
• Experience with payments, integrations or fintech is a plus
• Based in Oslo or able to work hybrid (3 or 4 days in the cetral Oslo office)
• A real desire to work in a startup environment
