Java Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the architecture and implementation of a robust, scalable payment system.
• Solve challenges in high-concurrency, microservices-based environments with complex business logic.
• Participate in code reviews and help define and enforce development standards and best practices.
• Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot existing software systems to ensure performance and reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of Java development experience in the internet industry.
• Prior experience in the financial industry, especially third-party payment systems, is a strong plus.
• Strong fundamentals in Java, multithreaded programming, JVM internals, and design patterns.
• Proficiency with open-source frameworks and tools including SpringMVC, MyBatis, Dubbo, Redis, RabbitMQ, Maven, GitLab, etc.
• Hands-on experience with application servers (Tomcat, Nginx) and strong skills in Linux command-line tools (shell, awk, sed, etc.).
• Solid understanding of relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
• Front-end experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Ability to independently complete complex system analysis and architecture design.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices and quality assurance methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Chinese language skills (reading and writing) for effective communication with cross-regional teams.
