We are seeking a visionary VP of Product Management to define and drive the strategic vision for a leading fintech organization’s product portfolio. This role will lead product innovation for trading platforms, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics. You will collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance customer experience and accelerate growth in the UAE Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and innovation pipeline for trading platforms.
• Align product vision with corporate goals and market opportunities.
• Drive market expansion and revenue growth through differentiated product offerings.
• Manage product P&L, budgeting, and investment prioritization.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for product performance and adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure execution excellence.
• Represent the organization in industry forums and build strategic partnerships.
• Champion customer-centric design while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and market trends.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience (5+ years) in product management within financial markets (e.g., trading platforms, cryptocurrency, CFDs).
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at senior leadership levels.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Background in coding (Java, Kotlin or similar) to effectively collaborate with development teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
