Senior Information Technology Project Manager

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent programs — from planning and governance to execution and post-implementation. This includes leading RFP processes, managing vendors, and ensuring strategic alignment with senior business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive full-cycle delivery of technology programs across investment and enterprise domains.
• Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and resources within defined timelines and budgets.
• Lead vendor onboarding, contract negotiations, and delivery oversight.
• Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies effectively.
• Maintain strong governance, RAID tracking, and executive reporting using tools such as Planview, Jira, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• PMP and Agile certifications (mandatory).
• 15+ years in IT project/program management with exposure to asset management or buyside environments.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as SimCorp, Charles River, DealCloud, ERP, HRMS, or Finance systems.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and financial governance skills.
