Job Summary:
The CRM & Reporting Analyst at Kaizen Asset Management Services is responsible for managing and analyzing customer relationship management (CRM) data and generating reports that facilitate strategic decision-making. This role involves working closely with various teams to optimize CRM processes, analyze client interactions, and enhance client engagement through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
The CRM & Reporting Analyst at Kaizen Asset Management Services is responsible for managing and analyzing customer relationship management (CRM) data and generating reports that facilitate strategic decision-making. This role involves working closely with various teams to optimize CRM processes, analyze client interactions, and enhance client engagement through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client records
- Analyze CRM data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for enhancing client relationships
- Generate and present detailed reports on client engagement, sales activities, and overall CRM performance metrics
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to optimize CRM campaigns and track performance
- Develop and implement automated reporting tools and dashboards for real-time access to CRM data
- Train and support team members in effectively utilizing the CRM system and reporting tools
- Identify and implement best practices for data entry, management, and reporting processes to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and enhance CRM system functionalities as needed
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies regarding client information
- Support strategic initiatives by providing insights derived from CRM analyses to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Proven experience in CRM management, data analysis, or reporting
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices in client data management
- Prior experience in the property management or real estate industry is a plus
