Job Title: React front End Engineer

Strong on react who has little experience in Java.

Job Description:

Lead the design development and maintenance of scalable and high-performance web applications leveraging React for frontend interfaces Nodejs for backend services and APIs and Redis for caching session management or Realtime data handling

Architecture Optimization

Contribute to architectural decisions ensuring application scalability performance and security Optimize application performance across the stack including database queries API responses and frontend rendering

Work closely with product managers UXUI designers and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver seamless user experiences

Code Quality Best Practices

Write clean maintainable and well tested code Implement and enforce coding standards participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

Troubleshooting Support

Identify diagnosis and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner

Technical Proficiency

React Deep understanding of React.js including hooks context API state management libraries eg Redux MobX and performance optimization techniquesNodejs Strong proficiency in Nodejs including building RESTful APIs asynchronous programming and working with various Nodejs frameworks eg: Expressjs NestJS

Redis Handson experience with Redis for caching pub sub or data persistence

Databases Experience with relational databases eg PostgreSQL MySQL and or NoSQL databases eg MongoDB

Version Control Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues across the full stack

Communication

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a team environment
