My client is a rapidly-expanding Internet firm and they are seeking an experienced AI Agent Engineer to lead the development of intelligent, autonomous systems that elevate user interaction. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies like OpenAI Function Calling, LangChain, and multimodal AI to build agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks across text, voice, image, and video.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize AI Agents using LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
  • Integrate multimodal capabilities for natural human-computer interaction.
  • Apply techniques like RAG, RLHF, and ReAct to enhance agent decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, real-time solutions.


Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI Agent or intelligent system development.
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks.
  • Bonus: Experience in consumer-facing AI applications (e.g., smart assistants, intelligent search).
