JOB TYPE:

Long Term Contract

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan, organise, schedule, and facilitate project meetings with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.

• Monitor project performance, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Produce and communicate accurate, timely project progress reports for management forums, steering committees, and stakeholders on a regular basis

• Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards, compliance requirements, and customer expectations.

• Collaborate with the Finance team to administer project budgets and expenditures

• Facilitate and document design and technical review sessions with contractors, cloud architects, and AFC system specialists.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Project Coordinator in technology or system migration projects.

• Relevant project management or project experience in the area of Automatic Fare Collection system in Singapore transit environment will be a plus;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office for Windows;

• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to work independently.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Organizational, leadership, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;

• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.

• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud migration practices will be an advantage.
