Our Plans As a Company

We want to move from a regular outsourcing business to an ecosystem of outsourcing, education and product development companies.

Over the years, we have arrived at a highly personalized working model with transparent workflows. This model allows us to create software products that meet our clients’ goals with precision.

Project

The project is a European network of pharmacies that offers medicine delivery services to patients across multiple countries. A stable long-term Healthcare project that combines Telehealth, medical product delivery and payments services for clients.

Type of cooperation: Part-time cooperation (up to 30-40 hours per month).

️Your Responsibilities On The Project Will Be

  • Maintain a high standard of development for upcoming functionalities;
  • Communicate effectively with the Product Owner, Designer, and Project Manager regarding assigned tasks – raise relevant questions and provide technical suggestions when applicable;
  • Ensure delivery of results within the agreed timelines;
  • Collaboration with the team.

Additionally

  • Participate in release calls around 11 PM Berlin time, approximately 1–2 times per month.

You can be part of the following team: Tech lead(and developer), QA, designer, PM.

Client side: Product Owner, junior full-stack developer.

Tools we use: Jira, Confluence, Git, Figma

Our Requirements To You

  • 3+ years of experience in software development using Kotlin;
  • Strong knowledge of Jetpack Compose for building modern Android UIs;
  • Proficiency in Kotlin Coroutines;
  • Experience with Hilt;
  • Hands-on experience with Socket.IO;
  • Proficient in using Room and DataStore;
  • Solid understanding of Retrofit for working with RESTful APIs;
  • Experience integrating Firebase services;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.

It Would Be Cool If You Have

  • Experience with Bluetooth printer SDKs;
  • MDM integration;
  • Symmetric/asymmetric encryption.
