About the client
Our client is an American multinational manufacturing company known for its innovative products and unique corporate culture. Their most notable product, a very special fabric, revolutionized the outdoor clothing and gear market with its waterproof and breathable properties.
In addition, they produce a wide range of high-performance products, including medical devices like synthetic vascular grafts and hernia repair patches, specialized cables and materials for electronic applications, and industrial products such as filtration solutions and sealing products.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle: from discovery and requirements clarification to delivery, testing, and post-release support.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers) and ensure timely task delivery according to sprint goals.
- Communicate directly with international clients, gather feedback, and translate business needs into actionable tasks.
- Set up and improve internal project processes (planning, estimation, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
- Proactively identify risks and blockers, suggest mitigation plans and workarounds, and escalate when necessary.
- Drive roadmap alignment, scope clarification, and prioritize features based on business impact.
- Ensure accurate reporting, budget tracking, and resource planning.
- Support QA activities: review test scenarios, define acceptance criteria, monitor test results, and coordinate bug fixing.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in tools like Confluence and manage tasks in Jira.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management (outsourcing/outstaffing environment).
- Proven track record of managing web and e-Commerce projects (including BigCommerce, Shopify, SFCC).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hands-on experience with Jira & Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate+), both verbal and written.
- Experience in stakeholder management, requirement clarification, backlog management, and roadmap planning.
- Ability to quickly understand complex systems and processes, and explain them clearly to clients and team members.
- Solid problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently under deadlines.
As a plus
- Experience in migration projects (e.g. headless architecture, replatforming).
- Understanding of CI/CD, version control (Git), and web performance optimization basics.
- Experience working with technical teams across different time zones.
