Product Owner | 2–5 YoE | HealthTech | Pune (On-site)

We’re looking for a Product Owner who’s passionate about building intuitive, impactful digital health products that drive better patient outcomes and smarter care delivery.

If you’ve worked with CRM-based software (Zoho, Freshworks), in Value-Based Care, or Population Health Management, this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Work On

• Translate product vision into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog while collaborating with UX, engineering, and client-facing teams
• Drive Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups
• Collaborate with UX designers to deliver user-centric, compliant healthcare products
• Measure product performance and continuously improve using data-driven insights
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all product-related asks from internal teams and clients
• Stay on top of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in healthcare and AI

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in tech or healthcare
• Hands-on exposure to CRM systems, Value-Based Care, or Population Health Management
• Understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, EHRs/HIE, and regulatory frameworks
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, user testing, and stakeholder collaboration
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset — bonus if you can write SQL queries
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Agile certification (CSPO or equivalent) preferred
• Familiarity with BI tools, LLMs/AI in healthcare, or VBC workflows is a plus
