Product Manager

Siamo alla ricerca, per una Società del Gruppo, di un profilo di Product Manager che entrerà a far parte del Dipartimento Digital & Betting e sarà coinvolto nell’intero ciclo di vita del prodotto, dal concept iniziale alla gestione continua post-lancio.

Principali attività:

• Sviluppo della Roadmap di prodotto e aggiornamento in base ai feedback e ai cambiamenti di mercato.
• Analisi e gestione dei requisiti di prodotto in collaborazione con il team Demand per tradurli in specifiche di prodotto per l’IT.
• Monitoraggio delle metriche di adozione del prodotto e raccolta dei feedback post-lancio per effettuare migliorie continue.
• Supporto nella gestione dei beta test
• Monitoraggio e gestione delle tempistiche di sviluppo del prodotto, in collaborazione con i team UX, IT, Content e PMO
• Supervisione della creazione di mockup e prototipi
• Predisposizione dei report di performance.

Requisiti:

• Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo in contesti strutturati
• Laurea e/o master in discipline ingegneristiche
• Passione per i numeri e spiccata capacità analitica
• Attitudine al problem solving e propensione al lavoro in team
• Ottima padronanza della suite MS Office (in particolare è richiesta l’utilizzo avanzato di MS Excel e PowerPoint)
• Esperienza in ambito Project Management
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Saranno un plus:

• Pregressa esperienza in servizi digitali o fintech.

We are looking, for a Group Company, for a profile as Product Manager that will join the Digital & Betting Department and will be involved in the entire product life cycle, from initial concept to ongoing post-launch management.

Main activities:

• Product Roadmap development and updating based on feedback and market changes.
• Analyzing and managing product requirements in collaboration with the Demand team to translate them into product specifications for IT.
• Monitoring product adoption metrics and collecting post-launch feedback to make continuous improvements.
• Support in beta test management.
• Monitoring and managing product development timelines, in collaboration with UX, IT, Content and PMO teams
• Overseeing the creation of mockups and prototypes.
• Preparation of performance reports.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the role in structured settings
• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in engineering disciplines
• Passion for numbers and strong analytical skills
• Aptitude for problem solving and propensity for teamwork
• Excellent command of the MS Office suite (in particular, advanced use of MS Excel and PowerPoint is required)
• Experience in project management
• Good knowledge of the English language

The following will be a plus

• Previous experience in digital services or fintech
