We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – People Operations to join our dynamic People team in Gurgaon. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence through data-driven insights, accurate reporting, and seamless employee operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support business operations.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends and insights for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely solutions.
- Automate recurring reports and ensure data accuracy across MIS platforms.
- Monitor KPIs, support ad-hoc data requests, and document processes for scalability.
- Maintain employee records and documentation in line with audit and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, VBA Macros, SQL, Power BI/Tableau (knowledge of Python or R is an advantage).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems and HR data management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in HR MIS, data analytics, or business intelligence roles.
- Proven understanding of HR processes and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
