About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven UI/UX Designer with a deep understanding of user behavior

and a passion for creating seamless, high-converting experiences. Your mission will be to design intuitive user flows that not only engage and delight players but also maximize conversion rates, particularly for key journeys such as registration, deposit, gameplay, and game search.

This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and design expertise to identify friction points, propose improvements, and ensure every interaction feels smooth and rewarding for the player.


Key Responsibilities

User Flow Design & Optimization

  • Map, design, and refine user flows for critical casino journeys (sign-up, deposit, gameplay, search and more).
  • Apply UX best practices to reduce friction, enhance clarity, and guide users toward desired actions.
  • Use data and behavioral insights to continuously improve user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Ensure flows are consistent, mobile-friendly, and optimized for different screen sizes.

UI Design & Prototyping

  • Create wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes for new features and optimizations.
  • Work with brand and visual design guidelines to deliver a cohesive and attractive interface.
  • Ensure UI elements are intuitive, accessible, and visually aligned with the overall product vision.

Collaboration & Product Development

  • Partner with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design with business goals.
  • Present user journey insights and improvement proposals to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the delivered product matches the intended UX/UI.

Research & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct usability testing, A/B tests, and player interviews to identify pain points.
  • Analyze funnel drop-offs and behavioral data to inform design decisions.
  • Stay updated on iGaming UX trends, competitor products, and emerging tool

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, preferably in iGaming, e-commerce, or digital consumer products.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, and high-impact UX improvements.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
  • Experience conducting and analyzing usability tests and A/B experiments.

  • Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and compliance in Brazilian iGaming.
