Our client, a leading name in the water industry, is seeking an Early Careers Resourcing Coordinator to join their dynamic Resourcing team. This role is essential in delivering a smooth and inclusive recruitment experience for early careers candidates, supporting the delivery of high-quality apprenticeships and talent programmes.
Location: Central Reading with hybrid working options (minimum two days onsite per week)
Role Overview
As the Early Careers Resourcing Coordinator, you’ll provide vital administrative and logistical support across all early careers recruitment activities. You’ll ensure assessment centres, interviews, and candidate processes run efficiently and professionally, while championing an inclusive and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen candidate applications and qualifications against programme entry requirements
- Coordinate logistics for assessment centres and interviews, including room bookings and scheduling
- Attend and represent Thames Water at careers fairs and talent events
- Create job adverts on the ATS (Kallidus) and external job boards
- Maintain accurate candidate records and produce reports/trackers
- Support onboarding processes including offers, right to work checks, and contracts
- Assist the Pre-Employment Screening (PES) team to ensure timely onboarding
- Champion inclusive recruitment practices and accessible communications
- Provide general administrative support to the Early Careers Resourcing Business Partner and Lead
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator with candidates, managers, and external partners
- Experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration (early careers experience desirable)
- Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g. Kallidus) and Microsoft Office
- Positive, proactive approach with a strong focus on candidate experience
