Location: Remote (with once a quarter meets in Manchester)

Rate: £525 per day (inside IR35)

Length: 6 months initially

About the Role

As the PM, you’ll take ownership of delivering a portfolio of technology and change initiatives that span multiple applications, infrastructure, and security projects. This is a great opportunity to lead at scale, shaping the future digital landscape impacting with 30,000 end users within the group.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading delivery of multiple technology and change programmes across applications, infrastructure, and core business systems.
• Driving large-scale digital transformation, modernisation, and refresh programmes.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to align delivery with strategic goals.
• Building strong governance, reporting, and risk management processes.
• Ensuring benefits realisation and long-term adoption across the business.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience managing large-scale technology and business change projects.
• Strong background in both applications and infrastructure delivery.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all levels.
• Deep understanding of digital transformation in complex organisations.
• Retail or consumer-facing experience would be a plus (but not essential).
