What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end requirements analysis — ensuring business goals are translated into actionable, traceable system requirements.
• Turn complex challenges into clear, functional and non-functional requirements, balancing business priorities and technical realities.
• Act as a bridge between business, IT, and external partners, fostering collaboration, transparency, and shared understanding.
• Partner with delivery teams to design and implement holistic solutions, helping resolve conflicts and supporting smooth project delivery.
• Conduct impact assessments and manage change requests, supporting sound decision-making and risk reduction.
• Define and validate acceptance criteria, contributing to quality assurance and ensuring solutions meet expectations.

What You Bring

• A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar technical leadership role
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering and management (both functional and non-functional)
• Experience applying SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles to drive alignment and collaboration across teams
• Background in the Swiss financial sector, especially Payment Solutions, is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English and German; Italian is a plus
