As a Business Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of business, technology, and people. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, architects, and partner banks to transform ideas into tangible, sustainable solutions that move the financial industry forward.

What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end requirements analysis — ensuring business goals are translated into actionable, traceable system requirements.
- Turn complex challenges into clear, functional and non-functional requirements, balancing business priorities and technical realities.
- Act as a bridge between business, IT, and external partners, fostering collaboration, transparency, and shared understanding.
- Partner with delivery teams to design and implement holistic solutions, helping resolve conflicts and supporting smooth project delivery.
- Conduct impact assessments and manage change requests, supporting sound decision-making and risk reduction.
- Define and validate acceptance criteria, contributing to quality assurance and ensuring solutions meet expectations.
What You Bring
- A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar technical leadership role
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering and management (both functional and non-functional)
- Experience applying SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles to drive alignment and collaboration across teams
- Background in the Swiss financial sector, especially Payment Solutions, is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and German; Italian is a plus
