Job Summary / Overview
Provide business analysis expertise across continuous improvement requests, minor works and projects within the Technology team. Engage with business stakeholders to validate and document requirements and collaborate with technical teams to enable accurate scope estimates. Operate in a fast-paced environment using Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with stakeholders to define clear, scoped requirements for estimation and deliverables.
* Collaborate with technical resources to evaluate solution options.
* Produce clear, succinct documentation of analysis and findings.
* Review current state and contribute to future state process design.
* Maintain strong links between business and project teams to manage expectations.
* Assist stakeholders with UAT planning and execution, including test cases and scenarios.
* Support solution go-lives and facilitate handover to support.
* Work independently or within group delivery as required.
Required Qualifications
* Approximately 3 years' BA experience within IT streams, including Agile delivery teams.
* Strong business engagement, change, training and communications capability.
* Excellent communication skills to clarify requirements and translate into practical solutions.
* Experience planning and executing testing and UAT.
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
