As software is playing an increasingly significant role in enabling digital consumer experiences, we are gearing up to become more agile, faster in responding to market demands and quicker in identifying new market opportunities. This involves elevating our appliances to digital, software-defined products in a seamless integration of modular electronics, software, connectivity platform, and digital services.

What you'll do:

Assist customers globally in maximizing the potential of their smart kitchen appliances. Re-imagine how connected experiences should be with a focus on innovation, sustainability and usability. Historically the appliance industry has been all about hardware. Your role would be to help us combine software with hardware to create meaningful, data driven experiences for global consumers.

As one of the first designers at the new Warsaw office, you would be a key player in starting up this site. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team encompassing UX writing, UX research, and Design Systems to create intuitive interfaces.

In detail, you will:

• Deliver excellent data informed UX to our customers, along with iterative updates, that delivers on the holistic digital product vision via prioritized backlog items, hypothesis and user stories
• Design from concept to implementation, considering hierarchies, accessibility, layout, navigation, localisation and scalability
• Add motion to user experience, that has both purpose and style, to build brand expression
  
  

Who you are:

• A passionate product designer with 3+ years of experience creating digital experiences for consumers, preferably for apps or physical product interfaces.
• Proficient in industry-leading design tools like Figma or Framer, translating ideas into stunning, interactive prototypes.
• Has a good design process working with user-centered design, deeply understanding user research, agile methodologies, and the nuances of Android and iOS design guidelines.
• A collaborative team player with experience working seamlessly with cross-functional teams and implementing designs within robust design systems.
• A champion of sustainability, committed to creating products that positively impact our planet.
• A talented storyteller with a portfolio showcasing your ability to craft compelling digital experiences.
• A design enthusiast with a formal education in design or a related field.

Where you'll be:

While embracing a hybrid work model, your main location will be our state-of-the-art office in Warsaw's vibrant Wola district, one of the city's beloved gathering spots. The office is purposefully crafted to support neurodiversity and is conveniently positioned near "Fabryka Norblina".
