This role would best suit a Business Analyst with a background in Finance.
THE ROLE
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand specific information.
- Conduct gap analysis to propose solutions.
- Develop and maintain business cases, process maps, workflows and documentation.
- Identify and communicate to all stakeholders on proposed changes.
- Assess change impacts and support transition planning.
- Support project delivery.
- Assist in the development of test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Contribute to the development of training materials
With an extensive Business Analyst background, alongside strong stakeholder engagement skills you will have;
Essentials
- Prior experience in a Business Analyst role in projects and systems implementations.
- Ability to assess and support business change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as; requirement discovery, process modelling, and use case development.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- A strong understanding of Finance and Payroll operations
- Experience of Implementation of ERP system into a 500+ employee company
- Exposure to construction / engineering sectors
- Prior experience with Oracle JD Edwards
- Bachelors degree in business or IT
- Certification in Business Analysis (highly desirable)
