About The Role
The Business Analyst is a member of our Project Management Office (PMO) Team, responsible for supporting HIF in the execution of its strategic projects. The team works closely with various business functions to identify significant opportunities, and areas for improvement. This extends to our member experience, organisational culture and the cost of doing business.
The Business Analyst plays a critical role by being the conduit between the business and the technology team. They will gather business requirements, documentation, and diagrams to describe current and proposed functionality of a given initiative. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions. This role contributes to change management within projects by analysing business impacts, supporting implementation planning, and ensuring smooth transition of new systems, processes, and technologies into business operations.
Specifically
What we are looking for in you
- A minimum of 3 years proven Business Analyst experience.
- Skilled in process mapping, modelling, requirements gathering.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experienced in facilitating workshops and managing competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail with focus on quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborative and consultative approach to project delivery.
