Your new role

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating multiple initiatives within a newly established function. This role blends traditional project management with business analysis, offering variety and challenge in equal measure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map out end-to-end workflows using data-driven insights
• Analyse current processes and design future-state solutions
• Drive efficiency, mitigate risk, and standardise processes
• Strengthen operational controls across onboarding and KYC projects
• Collaborate with local and overseas teams to deliver outcomes

What you'll need to succeed

• 5–7 years’ experience in project coordination or management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with global teams
• Experience in asset management preferred
• Skilled in handling complex data and process mapping
• Comfortable operating in a high-energy, fast-moving environment
