Are you a proficient expert in both production and pre-production environments? Can you enhance the automation of release deployment? In the capacity of a Release Coordinator, your responsibilities will revolve around overseeing and coordinating application updates and deployments within the Personal Lines team. This includes managing changes, whether they are emergency or non-emergency, in both production and non-production environments. You&#39ll also be responsible for maintaining the master schedule, leading implementation calls, and ensuring seamless communication among teams regarding any changes.
We are in search of an individual who possesses a deep passion for systems. This person will play a crucial role in building, maintaining, enhancing, and scaling both on-premises and cloud environments.
Responsabilities
- Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
- Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.
- Documenting procedures and ensuring current procedures are up to date.
- Liaising with Change, Release, Development and test teams to manage change into Pre and Prod Environments.
- Develop scripts to automate integration and deployment.
- Implementing DevOps and working towards CD/CI with the change/development teams.
- Master degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Proficient with GIT and GIT workflows.
- Experience with CMD/PowerShell.
- Collaborative team spirit.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Windows /Linux platforms.
- Oracle/SQL Server experience.
- Technical Support and troubleshooting background.
- Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
- Jenkins Manager – Pipeline Groovy using Scripting.
