We're seeking a seasoned Head of AI & Data to lead and expand our Data & AI vertical. This role combines technical leadership, team management, and business vision, ensuring delivery excellence and driving the company’s growth. You will define the technical strategy, lead multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to design and implement data-driven and AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing data and AI engineering teams.

-Define and execute the technical strategy alongside the executive team.

-Ensure delivery quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices.

-Drive innovation by identifying new technologies and business opportunities.

-Support pre-sales and client engagement with technical insights and proposals.

-Track and improve key performance metrics (utilization, margins, client satisfaction).

-Foster collaboration across business and technical units to enable cross-vertical projects.

Must-Have Requirements:

4–5+ years in Data Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning.

Proven experience leading technical teams.

Advanced English proficiency.

Expertise in cloud data architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Strong programming skills (Python, SQL).

Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Airflow, dbt, Glue, Synapse, etc.).

Data Warehousing platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks).

Model training, fine-tuning, and LLM integration.

Nice to Have:

Experience building RAG pipelines and AI agents.

Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Certifications in Data Engineering, ML, or AI.
